The idea took shape while staying in a small Greek villa. It wasn’t flashy, but it was thoughtful — cool tiles underfoot, sea views through every window, and a feeling that stayed with us long after we left. That became the blueprint. We came home and began building Ilios & Tide — a family project rooted in that same calm, welcoming simplicity.
Our Villa was created by two generations of our family, combining skills in design, interiors, and hospitality. We’d talked for years about creating something of our own — something simple, honest, and reflective of the way we like to live: slowly, intentionally, and close to the sea.
